Description: 

1 photograph : b&w ; of the corner at Granville and West Hastings streets looking southward. The right side of the images shows three men wearing suits and turbans walking toward the photographer. The street behind them is lined with large multi-storey buildings made out of brick. Two tram cars are visible on the road. Both sides of the street are lined with pedestrians. According to the Vancouver Public Library Archives description, the “large block on corner is the Williams Building (with McDowell’s drugstore), next is the Fairfield Building, the post office. The Williams Building was called the MacKinnon Block till 1906; it housed the Masonic temple.”
