Page three of the passport has a bust studio portrait of Indar Singh attached horizontally to the page. There is an imprint from a circular stamp on the right side of the portrait with text that reads, "DEPT OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS / CANADA." Underneath a portion of the stamped text is a strip of red paper that attached vertically to the page that is signed, "Indar - Singh," in black ink. To the left of the red strip is printed text that reads, "Signature of Bearer - Signature du Porteur."
